As a successful track athlete and personal trainer, Baxter developed his method combining his studies in nutrition and exercise physiology. It is this holistic approach that allows superior results tailored to every individual client.Beyond fitness and performance, Baxter combines techniques based on Yoga, Pilates and strength training resulting in better form, goal achievement and natural motivation. The evidence lies in countless trainees who have experienced sustained physical vitality and natural progression to good health.
